1) How do I determine my size ?
Size of each product is mentioned in the description column of the product. We are coming soon with the feature 'Know Your Ring Size'.
You can always return the product if the size you selected does not fit you properly. You can review our returns policy here.
2) How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?
We deliver most of our domestic orders within 7 business days from the order date and international orders may take up to 15 business days.
3) Do we have a store?
Yes, we do have a store at 16th cross , Malleshwaram Bangalore. For location details please check our Contact us column.
4) How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order with cash at the time of delivery. Nakodapayals.com offers a Cash on Delivery option for all orders upto 20000, please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page
5) How are orders on nakodapayals.com delivered to me?
All orders placed on nakodpayals.com are delivered through our partners such as FedEx, Delhivery, etc. Speed Post is not used to deliver at nakodapayals.com

3) Can someone else receive my delivery ?
Yes they can. The delivery person will call you before the delivery to ensure the timing and your presence. You can instruct him on the details of the recipient of the courier.
What is the Cancellation Policy ?
You can cancel an order until it has been processed/dispatched from our side by simply calling us at our customer care or writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Generally the dispatch happens the next day from the order date.
