- Cancellations of orders will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been dispatched.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the NakodaPayal marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hoursof receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. However if its confirmed that the exact product shown in picture is sent, we will not be able to process any return or refund request because due to practical difficulties we do not take returns.

- Customers from international locations placing order for delivery within India has to mention their full billing address which matches the payment address of the card which is used for payment. Further, people placing orders from international locations and delivery within India, there are always chances for people receiving the package handling the package improperly leading to product getting damaged. If the person who receives the item is the same person who places order, he or she would handle it properly. If the people receiving the order doesnt know about the order and if they handle the package improperly resulting in products getting damaged, then NakodaPayals cannot be held responsible for any such damages. If the billing address cannot be verified with the card holder's original billing address, then the order might be cancelled.

If there is any damage in the product after use, i.e., wear and tear, is not guranteed. Products can be repaired on request, for which customer needs to bear the cost of repair and shipping (be it domestic or international)
