Returns and Exchange


Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is lost in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn) with original packaging.No returns or exchange for used products, No wear and tear guarantee, No guarantee for polish ex- Gold Polish/Rose Gold Polish 

No Exchange & Returns on International Orders 

In case of International orders, exchange will happen only when customer travels to India. Time frame will be decided as per the situation.  Internationally pickup facility is unavailable.

We at Nakodapayals , promise delivery of the product in its intact state.
If there is any damage in the product after use, i.e., wear and tear, is not guranteed. Products can be repaired on request, for which customer needs to bear the cost of repair and shipping (be it domestic or international)

In case of damaged/incorrect product (Should be notified within 24 hours of delivery)

  • Please contact us on 6363640020 via WhatsApp or Please email us at nakodapayals@gmail.com with a photograph of the product and the package.
  • Once we approve the return, we will let you know on the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.
  • We will issue a refund to the credit/debit card/ your bank account. Refunds will only be made after we have received and approved the shipment.
  • No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Sizing issues. Thus, please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • No Refunds/Exchange for coustmised or make to order products
  • Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
  • No refunds in case of international orders in case of damage or incorrect product, exchange product will be sent as per the set time frame (as discussed with customer). Exchange will be done only after we receive the faulty product. 
  • No Refunds/Exchange for products purchased during any offer for ex: festive Sale, diwali sale, new year sale etc.
